There’s plenty of time to work through the details, and you don’t need to have everything figured out right away. This guide will give you an overview of what to expect between now and your wedding day and where to find the tools you’ll use along the way.
Your Client Portal
Your client portal is where you’ll find the planning forms for your wedding. You can use them to share ceremony details, reception information, music selections, special dances, announcements, and other details for the day.
You don’t have to complete everything at once. You can add information and make changes as your plans come together.

Plan at Your Own Pace
Every couple plans differently. Some couples start choosing music and working through details months in advance, while others prefer to wait until the wedding gets closer.
Either approach is completely fine.
As you plan, you can send me questions, playlists, song ideas, or updates at any time. If you’d rather talk something through, we can schedule a phone call, video call, or meeting.
As Your Wedding Gets Closer
You’ll hear from me throughout the planning process with reminders, suggestions, and information that may be helpful as your wedding approaches.
As we get closer to the wedding, we’ll make sure your planning forms, music selections, timeline, and other details are coming together. You can continue making changes as needed while everything is being finalized.
If you send me a change by email, I’ll make sure it is reflected in your final planning information so we’re working from one set of details on your wedding day.
Final Planning Meeting
About a month before your wedding, we’ll schedule a final planning meeting to go through the day together.
We’ll review the ceremony and reception timeline, specific song selections and versions, introductions, special dances, speeches, announcements, and any other details I need to know.
The meeting can be by phone, video call, or in person.
Your Wedding Day
On your wedding day, I’ll arrive well before everything begins so there is plenty of time to get set up and ready.
Throughout the day, I’ll work with your other vendors to keep things moving naturally and help the music, announcements, and important moments happen at the right time.
Once it’s time to dance, I’ll use the music you’ve chosen along with requests and what I’m seeing from your guests to shape the music as the night unfolds.
