These are songs that are designed to get people out of their seats and onto the dance floor together. Group dances can be a great way to bring multiple generations together and create an instant packed dance floor.
That said, not every couple wants these included. Some love them, some prefer to avoid them entirely. Make sure to let your DJ know your preferences ahead of time.
From my experience, it’s not about how many of these you play. It’s about playing the right ones at the right time.

DJ Tip (Important)
Group dances work best when they feel natural, not forced. One or two well-timed songs will get a much better reaction than running through a long list.
Also, don’t feel like you have to include them at all. A packed dance floor comes from reading the room, not following a checklist.
